Key Responsibilities:
-Lead client onboarding and implementation process
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly
-Act as the single point of contact for client queries and escalations
-Manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
-Track customer success KPIs and share performance reports.
