Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales (BFSI, Fintech, SaaS background preferred). The ideal candidate is street-smart, articulate, and passionate about building pipelines and driving business growth.
 
As an SDR you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging with senior decision-makers to generate business opportunities for the sales team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead enterprise lead generation and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage high-value decision-makers via multi-channel outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Contribute to designing and improving the SDR process to enable scalable operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline progress.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level or senior decision-makers.
  • Strong product understanding with the ability to participate in product-related discussions.
  • Demonstrated success in generating or supporting high-value deal pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and executive presence.
  • Exposure to consultative/solution selling approaches.
 
Preferred candidate profile
 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales development/lead generation, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong communication, articulation, and prospecting skills.
  • A street-smart, self-motivated individual with a knack for engaging CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Educational background: B.Tech or BBA + MBA.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
